Investigation took more than 30 days. I sent investigation letters to experian and XXXX on XX/XX/2023 in regards to inaccurate information reporting on my profile all letters were sent certified mail I also requested their method of verification giving names and contacts of everyone they spoke with to verify any accounts on my reports I further explained in my letters that I do not consent to the e-Oscar method of reporting that the bureaus use to so called investigate which is totally illegal as of this date of submission of this complaint XX/XX/2023 I have received no response from the bureaus Im requesting the intervention of the cfpb to force these bureaus to get in compliance with the law and remove any item reporting inaccurately and unverifiable according to my rights as a consumer.
