Deposits and withdrawals. Citibank arbitrarily and without justification locked my account and will not allow withdrawals or the ability to close my account. On XX/XX/XXXX they stated that they needed to mail me a security code and it would take 7 business days. Two weeks later it has not arrived to my address of record and they will not release my money or close my account. On numerous occasions by phone I have passed all their security checks and they will not tell my why my account is locked. Today, they said that they are mailing a new security code, but I have no confidence it will arrive. {$18000.00} is locked in their bank and I can not access my money for living expenses.
