Account status incorrect. XXXX has continued to report an account that has been charged off for the past several years to the credit reporting agencies repeatedly every month as a non-payment. The amount owed that they are reporting is also erroneous. This action is clearly illegal since it is a " charged off account ''. They are also charged with reporting accurate information and their records are not correct. I have sent several requests to XXXX and to the credit reporting agencies to no avail. The credit reporting agencies simply send a request for validation to XXXX who in turn sends a validation of debt to the bureaus and the information is regenerated on my credit reports. XXXX and the credit reporting agencies ( XXXX, Experian XXXX XXXX ) have improperly validated my debt which i
