Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Affirm Holdings, Inc (NY)

Account status incorrect. I have spoke with several representatives from affirm and its third party credit collection company names XXXX XXXX XXXXAffirm and XXXX according to the supervisor at XXXX have an internal battle and affirm will not update customer accounts because they want the money transferred from XXXX which they can not being it was sold off from affirm to XXXX. So for months my credit report is reporting false information
