Old information reappears or never goes away. I sent letters to make my personal info on my credit report be updated. Specifically, I requested my old addresses be updated or removed because I don't live there any more. Moreover, I have submitted necessary documents to show my identity and current address, respectively but TO NO CHANGES AT ALL. I also submitted a complaint on FTC about this matter.
