Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I sent a letter of dispute to Experian, XXXX, and XXXX on XX/XX/2023. I explained that the account for XXXX XXXX was reporting incorrectly. The account was charged off and keeps reporting as being updated each month. All 3 bureaus came back stating the reports were updated without providing me with the proof or documentation used to validate the account.
