Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. There are two accounts and some inquiries on my report that after contacting the company and trying to get more information they were unable/refused to give me info to verify the account because whoever set up the account used information that I don't know outside of my personal information so they said i had to file a ftc report . Not sure how its to protect me if I am telling them that I am me and i never set the accounts up. I have attached a copy of the Identity Theft report as well as copy of my ID.
