Checking or savings account — CITIZENS FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. (NY)

Problem accessing account. On XX/XX/2023 I went to access my bank statements using the online banking. Received a message the site is unable to access my account at this time. Called customer service, spent an hour on the phone troubleshooting, they finally said it was due to an issue on their end from an upgrade to the system and I should have access the next day or so. Well it is now XX/XX/2023 and I still do not have access to the online banking.
