Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (DC)

Account status incorrect. I was on active orders during XXXX XX/XX/2023 and XXXX XXXX bank during this time reported my account as past 30 days due. I was financially restricted however I did have a payment setup as they would call me and I would make the payment. They never called or notified however they knew I was on active orders during this time. The next week I called and paid the balance in full, that same month they reported my account as 30 days past due. Afterwards I reached out to them on XX/XX/XXXX regarding it to be removed, then again XXXX XXXX. Nothing has been done and no fix was made.
