Credit card or prepaid card — Credit Karma, LLC (NY)

Card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase or transfer. I have several cards that have been reported stolen and used by pay by phone debits I haven't authorized XXXX nor credit karma and XXXX.to my refunds they never sent me a check either. This dates back to the last two years. They informed me I would be receiving my account funds immediately then said I had to go to the merchant for verification and never received anything. Totaling over XXXX. I made several complaints to the companies I also filled out a form with the police. I think it's a fraud scam being ran.
