Credit card or prepaid card — CAPITAL ONE FINANCIAL CORPORATION (NV)

Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. I filed a complaint with Capital One for a charge regarding a Hotel Booking Service Fee of {$15.00}. They removed the Charge pending an investigation. However it was then put back to my account. This charge was for a hotel stay here in XXXX XXXX Nevada at Arizona XXXX. However when we went to the property we were told that there was no rooms available and was told they canceled our reservation and would fully refund the amount charged. I received a refund all but the {$15.00} for the Hotel Booking Service Fee.
