Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. Hello good morning I have been trying to resolve an account that was opened fraudulently with Capital One for over a year now. They had removed the account and they added it back to my credit report stating that it was in fact me. I have sent police reports and mailed personal statements to the credit bureaus and Capital One stating that I have no knowledge of this account and that it was opened without my consent. I have disputed multiple accounts unfortunately because my personal information was stolen from me. A police report was made and the date is listed with the attached file. I have since put credit locks on my account and have done everything within my power to prevent this from occurring ag
