Threatened or suggested your credit would be damaged. Harvard Collections, reported a negative trade line on my credit report as of XX/XX/XXXX. This is the second time this company has reported this same debt on my report, I had it removed back in XXXX as this isn't a debt I'm aware of, and the company states the original was over 30 years it supposedly be owed. I wasn't even aware that you could collect on a debt over 10 years, but moving forward... The company never sent out debt notice just updated on my credit report as a new collections debt in both incidence. The company removed the debt, and now 2 years later it's on my file again as a new paid charge off.as of XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$2900.00}. I have never made a payment nor been contacted for a payment on this debt. Th
