I asked for validation and they came back to say the account/debt can not be validated. I asked for proof of signature for a legally binding contract between me ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) , surety for the principal debtor XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and they do not have it. I asked them for my original security instrument that was used originally with another creditor in equity for the exchange of real property and they said they can not produce it. This company is still reporting inaccurate fraudulent information that is affecting my livelihood and I did not sign a contract to do business with them.
