Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. On XXXX. XXXX I was buying a flight ticket from XXXX to XXXX from XXXX for {$690.00}. When I attempted to do the payment their website gave an error stating the sale is not successful. I dont have a proof for this but then I received an email in XXXX language clearly stating that the sale was failed. The email literally says Please note : Your XXXX - XXXX ticket has not been sold!. Then I proceeded to buy another ticket from another merchant for {$820.00}. Next day I realized XXXX charged my credit card for a failed transaction. I opened a dispute immediately with Wells Fargo. Today I learned that my dispute was denied. I contacted the bank and theyre saying that the merchant is right. And saying that I
