Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. The Department of Education has requested a copy of the call from XX/XX/XXXX as proof I contacted them and asked for a forbearance. I confirmed with several representatives that confirmed the conversation on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX representative that pulled the call and acknowledge I called to request the forbearance. They are failing to acknowledge or take responsibility that their representative made this error and correct the reporting. Also they finally placed the Forbearance on the loan active as of XX/XX/XXXX but reporting me 90 days past due for XXXX. This shows there is incompetency with this company but yet I'm being penalized.
