Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (NC)

Investigation took more than 30 days. According to 15 u.s code section 1681n I have experienced willful noncompliance with these consumer reporting agencies. They have failed to respond within 30 days mail, To start an investigation on my dispute for inaccurate and false information on my credit report which I sent on XXXX in XXXX mail it is now XXXX XXXX. I am seeking to sue for damages of {$1000.00} for each violation. This has caused me an extreme amount of distress and defamation of my character. I also demand the items I have disputed be deleted immediately.
