Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Kikoff Inc. (VA)

Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. I have been asking questions for months now about my score increases not being accurate on their website. It shows XXXX points each month for 3 months. When I first signed up it did not say that they didn't report to all 3 Beraus and now they are trying to get me to pay more to do so. I want my money back and I want out of this service and I am worried about my credit score. You can't talk to someone on the phone and no one has ever responded to my emails regarding this.
