Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EdFinancial Services (MI)

Account information incorrect. My Account with Edfinancial was paid off on XX/XX/2023. As of today 's date, XX/XX/2023, Edfinancial is refusing to report my loan status as PAID. Approximately {$11000.00} in XXXX XXXX has been paid, and they are still showing up on my credit report. I have contacted XXXX various times to let them know that they have not correctly reported my information to the Credit Bureau. They are refusing to give me additional information or cooperate with reporting my information properly. I have proof and documentation in writing with a mailed letter stating that all loans are paid, but this is as much as I have gotten.
