Hello I filed covid 19 with veteran 's united homes loans, they sold my loan to a debt collection agency, now XXXX XXXX XXXX is asking for the lump sums of money during my covid 19 hardship I was experiencing during my loan through veterans united home loans. How can a company do this during a hardship situation. I had my car reposed during this time also, was behind on all my bills during the crisis situation. I currently started working again this year in XXXX, 2023
