Navient would steer me into forbearance and recapitalize my interest creating a life of servitude to my loans. They would do so with he promise of bring my account current, yet they repeatedly reported my account as late. This usurious practice and then punishment by credit reporting is an unfair business practice. They can not have it both ways. Although I refinanced my loans into Direct loans, my credit reports still show Navient as reporting my accounts as late.
