Used obscene, profane, or other abusive language. On XX/XX/2023 at XXXX, I received a call from Commonwealth Finance . They called from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I spoke to XXXX. They recorded the conversation and they were asking private information. I wanted to confirm the legitimacy of the company, so I started to ask my own questions. This upset XXXX and she started to curse at me. She called me all kinds of XXXX and XXXX and then transferred me to someone else who completely ignores me. I was in the car with my family when this conversation took place and it was completely humiliating. Furthermore I do not believe that I have a contract with Commonwealth Finance. If so Could they please make that contract available.
