Information belongs to someone else. I am very dismayed at your suggestion that I may be using a credit repair firm. I am appalled that a major international firm of your stature would commit such an obvious infraction of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act. By law, I have the right to have a formal investigation performed as outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act. If you will not perform such an investigation, I will have no other remedy than to file a lawsuit against you.
