Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. Experian is precluding/refusing to correct or investigate my complaint that my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is being reported as having a {$250.00} balance when in fact it has no balance. Upon discovering it being reported inaccurately, I attempted to file a dispute using Experian 's online tools but the system refused to allow me to go forward, instead prompting me to upload documents in support or telephone. I attempted to comply with both instructions. I telephoned, but the automated voice system said that it could not locate my XXXX XXXX account- which makes no sense- so I could not proceed with my dispute.
