None. Request to close account after setting up because of confusing information and not able to get answers to questions. Requested XX/XX/2023. Each time I requested screen pops up saying unable to close because of {$5.00} balance. I needed to close out {$5.00} when I attempted it said transaction pending. Wouldnt allow any withdrawal of {$5.00} also put a freeze I couldnt delete my bank account information. This was still In XXXX. I sent email no response. On XX/XX/XXXX a withdrawal was taken from my back acct for {$170.00}. I again attempted to close it still shows balance of {$5.00}. When I tried again it allows to close but refund will be for $ XXXX because it is prorated. It still shows {$5.00} balance.
