Contacted you after you asked them to stop. To dismiss the unjust Bill of {$84.00} for XXXX who gouged and harassed me with calls and slowing down data on my phone when bills have been timely paid. The worst was during hurricane Ida no power no water and NO PHONE because XXXX made another error on my Bill. This one had something to do with the password. I have several XXXX and challenges. It has been challenging to speak with someone competent or with patience to correct the many errors of this line. Several times a representative was incredibly difficult to understand, but they were kind regarding my challenges. However, their response was incomprehensible. I have Drs. Therapist and advocates who were quite aware and kept advising me to resolve this. Finally, my Dr. took the time out
