Debt collection — Applied Data Finance, LLC (TX)

Talked to a third-party about your debt. On XX/XX/2023, an agent representing XXXX XXXX XXXX released information about my debt to a third party via telephone. The agent contacted the third party, my father, at a phone number not associated to my account. He asked who was calling and what it was in regards to. The agent informed the third party that they represented XXXX XXXX XXXX and were a debt recovery agency. They further advised the third party that they were trying to reach me in regards to several XXXX XXXX that I owed to them in debt. This third party was unaware of my debt, much less that it was several XXXXXXXX XXXX and explained to XXXX XXXX XXXX that his phone number has no connection to me. He further explained we live at separate addresses, do not share any finances, he con
