Reporting company used your report improperly. I am filing this complaint as i have attempted to dispute the late payments on my credit report with Transunion as they have impacted my credit worthiness as a consumer of the United States. As of the FCRA 15 USC 1681B my rights have been violated as Ive NEVER given written consent to the credit bureaus to furnish those transactions as well as FCRA 15USC 1681a is another right of mine that was violated as this transaction was supposed to be exclusive between me the consumer and the creditor. Transunion has repeatedly sent me inconclusive responses simply stating they verified the disputed items but they have not sent me conclusive verification that Ive requested in the attached method of verification.
