Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — SYNCHRONY FINANCIAL (PA)

Personal information incorrect. Went to Lowes on XX/XX/23 and made a purchase for under {$20.00} with my debit card. I did not apply for a credit card there and would not because I usually shop at XXXX XXXX. I did not give permission for them to submit a hard credit inquiry and want it removed from my credit history. When trying to call them to resolve the issue I cant even speak to anyone because I dont have an account number to reference to the automated system.
