Old information reappears or never goes away. Three over 7 year-old accounts must be removed from my credit files in the absence of any proof of 'Date of Last Payment ' that has been arbitrarily & erroneously set by the creditors. Experian, XXXX, and XXXX continue to allow unscrupulous creditors to move the goal posts of honest & accurate credit file reporting by giving said creditors free reign to manipulate the dates & remarks on my defaulted accounts in order to allow those accounts to remain reporting on my file beyond the standard 7 year deletion period.
