Problem with personal statement of dispute. I recently reported fraud on my account and I notified XXXX, Equifax and XXXX and all of them closed my report without even looking into it, which is absurd. I need all 3 companies to do a full on investigation into this because it is affecting my credit. I would like to know what steps they took to investigate this fraud, how will it be prevented in the future and I will like it mailed to me as well. None of these companies proved these accounts are mine and they are reporting false fraudulent information and if not corrected, will definitely be added in a lawsuit I will be filing against them. I will also send this to the attorney general office just for a back up, cause I don't understand how a fraud case is being ignored.
