Lender trying to repossess or disable the vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from US Auto sales and did not know that they were going bankrupt. Before they went bankrupt we set another agreement about my payment for my vehicle which was supposed to be once a month. But now that they have went bankrupt, I am paying money to a debt collection agency by the name of West lake portfolio management and they are trying to go outside of my contract. Trying to make me pay my card note more than what the contract was that I signed with US Auto. They are trying to tell me that my car is up for repossession and they are saying that I owe {$800.00} which is way more money than I owe and I have been trying to get this figured out with them for quite some time now.
