Debt collection — Amsher Collection Services, Inc. (TX)

Talked to a third-party about your debt. On or about XX/XX/2023, I submitted a loan application to XXXX XXXX and was denied. Shortly after I received an alert from my XXXX XXXX app that I had a Collection on my file with XXXX. I was surprised because I had no negative accounts with XXXX. I then receive an adverse Action letter sent to me via email stating that XXXX showed a collection within 90 days ( letter enclosed ). I later discovered that Amsher also furnished this same information to XXXX. Further research revealed that the culprit was Amsher Collection Services. Amsher had no Permissible Purpose and no consent from me to park this account on my credit file. I never received a phone call, nor any electronic communication as well as any written communication from them. They reckl
