The XXXX XXXX company was open XX/XX/2019 account has been paid off and its still on my report showing open it wasnt even supposed to be on my credit report because I closed the account the first week I got the insurance and the company told me i wasnt going to have a balance since I closed within the same week I opened I also wrote in writing to the company I wanted to close the account thats what they asked me to do at that time then I end up seeing it on my credit report of course I contacted the company and informed them I wasnt supposed to even have a balance and why did it report on my credit the debt collector didnt explain was just told the balance and I paid it in full and ask for it to be removed off my account they said two years but
