Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. West lake Service Incorporation pull my credit on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX resulting on a hard inquiry. I did NOT AUTHORIZE this and its now showing up on my credit. I think it maybe fraudulent activity.
