Student loan — EdFinancial Services (NC)

Problem with customer service. I've attempted to contact this servicer or otherwise access my account dozens of times over the past week or so. Yesterday I spent most of the day trying to get in touch with them, and have not received any communication from them, either by email, phone, or mail.
