Debt was paid. A timeshare contract was entered into with XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. XXXX XXXX breached the contract after receiving several thousands of dollars from XXXX. XXXX XXXX then sent the account to collections with Blackwell Recovery. XXXX disputed the collection account with Blackwell Recovery, and provided proof of XXXX 's claims to Blackwell Recovery, and Blackwell Recovery refused to process the dispute and provide a written response to the dispute. XXXX then requested that the collection account be closed since Blackwell Recovery told XXXX they had to deal with XXXX XXXX.
