Debt collection — Consumer Adjustment Company Incorporated (PA)

Debt is not yours. I requested documentation on this debt and the original contract with my signature. I was provided a loan agreement with another company and a digital signature. I sent this company a police report that I filed on XX/XX/XXXX along with a copy of the signed affidavit from the FTC. I also alerted this company that this debt did not belong to me and to immediately delete it from my credit report. To date, this company stated that they would place the account with the fraud department but has yet to do so. This debt that I do not own is still being reported on my credit report!
