Trouble with how payments are being handled. Payment 1 Confirmation # : XXXX Amount : {$1000.00} Scheduled for : XX/XX/2023 Payment 2 Confirmation # : XXXX Amount : {$1000.00} Scheduled for : XX/XX/2023 Payment 3 Confirmation # : XXXX Amount : {$1000.00} Scheduled for : XX/XX/2023 These 3 payments I made on Edfinancial, but none of them applied to my account. Those do not even show up on my account on the website. I tried to contact the customer service on phone, but the wait-time was longer than 6 hours ( 400mn+ ). I did place a call-back number, but they have not called back yet. This leave me frustrated. For the records, all payments are already deducted from my bank account, and I confirmed with the bank 's customer service.
