Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. My identity was hacked through my computer and it now has a virus. loans were taking out in my name. the loan company are hassling me even though I did not do this. It is hurtful for someone to steal your identity and you get accused of the problems at hand.
