Trouble with how payments are being handled. I submitted an application to the SAVE program on XX/XX/XXXX on the studentaid.gov site. XXXX reported this application as received on XX/XX/XXXX. The monthly payment amount listed under the SAVE plan is {$280.00}. Edfinancial ( my servicer ) transferred my account to their new platform on XX/XX/XXXX, listed a payment amount of {$510.00}, due on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email that I had new messages regarding my student loans ( attached ). These messages asked me to recertify my XXXX plan, but did not acknowledge my SAVE application. I uploaded my XXXX tax return to Edfinancial 's site, even though they should have already received it as part of my SAVE application. I also emailed Edfinancial multiple times, using the form
