U ignore the loan docs that say I can cancel escrow. I did cancel escrow. I canceled it with alameda in XX/XX/2022 and multiple times here according to terms in the contract u used against me. U seem to use the contract terms selectively and fraudulently. You knew the escrow was canceled but u XXXX and XXXX me by billing me for it for a year. U know u never paid for the ins XXXX XXXX.
