Problem with personal statement of dispute. I disputed this account on XX/XX/XXXX the account has late payment on a collection account. The account date last active has been illegally reaged to XXXX even though the initial charge off was in XXXX. The account has been paid and was agreed to be removed by the creditor. I disputed this account and the creditor responded and said this account meets FCRA requirements even though theres multiple violations
