Old information reappears or never goes away. I contacted Equifax because my score suddenly dropped XXXX points and I asked them and they told me that they can not give me an answer about my credit, because they are not financiers. When I asked who I was talking to, they told me that they couldn't give me that information either, like We do have to give them date of birth, address, social security but they don't and they don't have an employee number either? So I hung up and went to the page and made the disputes about what I believe is wrong with my credit and also my name is wrong and I sent them a copy of my driver license with my new address and they did not change it.
