Public record information inaccurate. Upon viewing my most recent consumer report, I saw bankruptcies that shouldn't be shown there.. And since I studied laws lately, I found out that you violated 15 U.S Code 1681 a ( 4 ) Consumer Right to privacy. Consumer Right to Privacy These Bankruptcies claims that it shouldn't be on my credit report and that you released my personal information without my consent.This is unacceptable! Im a victim of identity theft, you are criminally and CIVILLY LIABLE. If this complaint is not handled accordingly, I swear that I will seek legal action against you guys!
