Account information incorrect. I have tried already to multiple times to remind XXXX XXXX the XXXX XXXX in place but they still refuse to remove the late payments, while other credit companies have. XXXX XXXX Account Number : # XXXX opened on XX/XX/XXXX Dates in need of correction, XX/XX/XXXX ( 30 Days Late ) XX/XX/XXXX ( 30 Days Late ) I recently reviewed my credit profile and noticed inaccuracies and/or incomplete information, and accounts that are Inaccurate. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 15 U.S.C. 16815-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( F ) of the FCRA - you are required to promptly report the credit obligation or account as current if the furnisher makes an accommodation ; such accommodations defined as " an agreement to defer 1 or more payments or forbear any delinquent amo
