Account status incorrect. You are reporting incorrect payment information for account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This is a clear violation of the FCRA. I will attach my credit report to show the inconsistent information being reported. I also sent dispute letters 5 months ago. The letters are dated, and time stamped and will also be attached for your reference. I do understand that each violation has a fine up to {$1000.00}. I will be seeking legal action due to negligence, pain and suffering, and many FCRA violations. I am requesting that this account be removed or updated to show my true creditworthiness.
