Reporting company used your report improperly. I am formally complaining against MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT INC I for a number of consumer laws that they are in violation of. 15USC1681 ( A ) ( 2 ) dealing with exclusions and how I never gave them the right to report any of my transactions to any XXXX party ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) along with 15USC6801 and 15 USC6802 ( A ) ( B ) ( C ). I have never done any business with MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT INC nor can they provide any contracts that I owe then any money yet they continue to report this information on my credit files to all the 3 credit reporting agencies. I have contacted MIDLAND CREDIT MANAGEMENT INC who has been totally non compliant through this entire process and has been adamant about breaking consumer laws. I asked the CF
