Problem during payment process. I am getting extremely frustrated with grain technology. This companys app does not work and now they have reported me as delinquent on my credit. I am unable to pay via card, Im unable to change my bank information. It is almost impossible to make any type of a payment with this company. They do not respond to you and I have reached out to them dozens of times. Currently, Im trying to make a payment on their pathetic app, and I click on the pay now button and absolutely nothing happens, they keep on telling me that they sent deposits to my bank, my bank has never received them. And now they are damaging my credit by saying Im 150 days delinquent when Im unable to even do any type of business with them. This is an absolute scam with this company.
