Other problem. Capital one bank had been withholding XXXX overpaid credit amount posted on XX/XX/XXXX that my boyfriend had sent into my account, I stopped work & owed a balance on my credit line. The rest of the amount has not been sent back to me i asked them why they are withholding it, they gave me no further information on why. They have held it for a month now with no explanation. They told me that I need to submit documents that's wasn't necessary & didn't made any sense, even with calling back for more information on it a representative wouldn't have that information written on notes that that's what I'm requested for to receive my money after I had spoken to a supervisor that claims that he writen it down in notes for the representatives to know the updates with my account situati
